The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff was really nice. The hotel smelled clean from the time you walk in.

very clean, fully stocked, memory foam bed, good tv, and lots of nice touches like charging end table and kitchen utensils

Even though I only stayed for a couple of hours at night I liked it a lot and would come back. The shuttle service even though I had to take it at 2:30 in the morning was excellent and that is another thing I liked.

So nice, clean, and comfortable! Staffs are all kind and sweet.

This was the last leg of our journey, so I was a little tired of new hotel rooms. TownePlace was an excellent last stop. We were close to relatives for a quick visit, and the suites were beautiful, spacious, and full of extras, like snacks at check-in and free wifi that actually worked! Definitely would stay here again.

Best Value for the price plus delicious breakfast in morning I was amazed to find out in this price there was 24 hour free shuttle to airport to pick us up and drop us off

The night shift that assisted us at check-in was a bit rude in their attitude and the way they provided information when asked, very different from the morning shift we saw the next day, who greeted us cheerfully and gave a much friendlier service.

Area was perfect and very quiet, and good staff
