Traveled with a pet. Area very good for pet travel, room was clean, staff very friendly, easy access off interstate. After checkout I discovered I had left my ring and earrings, but not until about 4 hours away. I called hotel, staff at desk found jewelry and contacted manager. I sent a prepaid ups label to the hotel and my jewelry arrived safely today. Thank you for your customer service, honesty and safe return of my jewelry, it is greatly appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with or without pets. It was totally my error to leave my jewelry and they made every effort to ensure it’s safe return.

I liked that it was very clean and tucked away from the city. It was a quick booking because I received a message from the cabin we had originally booked the day before we were supposed to leave stating that we could not come because of a water leak. I believe we liked this cabin better anyways! I’m so glad we booked this stay!

The Room was always cleaned each time we left for the day .

The Room was always cleaned each time we left for the day . And towels,were always replenished. And the coffee bar was very convenient, but should provide more creamers dry & liquid. .and diabetic sugar ,packets like Stevia, .not the artificial sweetners. Which are very bad, and cause cancer. It was a good thing I had mine with me .🤗

I didn’t get to look around Dandridge at all.

I didn’t get to look around Dandridge at all. I ended up having to visit my friend of 50+years in the hospital. She had a fall on Monday and spent the night and most of Tuesday in ER and finally got a room last night. I was able to visit her for a while today.

It's a nice quite town on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge.

It's a nice quite town on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge. It has a very homey vibe, that's why we choose to stay there when we are vacationing in and around Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The old town square has some intriguing shops dotted about, with a nice lake right on the other side of the bridge that enhances the view.

Dandridge was a quaint little town.

Dandridge was a quaint little town. I loved touring all of the unique places in the downtown area. Beautiful and very interesting with all of its history. It was so unique and I loved it. Our hotel was close to lots of interesting places and restaurants all around. Would go again in a heartbeat. The balloon fest was good also.

wasnt too impressed with the town itself. We went there mostly to see the lake and it was dried up. Nothing on the website told us this. the best part of the trip were the foliage and the stay at our hotel

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years when visiting family in the area. Although they were doing some construction (along with hammering, drilling and many other noises), that started around the time we normally wake. It was not a problem to us. The room is very clean, smells fresh and the bathroom is one of the best we've ever had in a hotel. We take our own shampoo and body wash so we can't comment on the ones they provided. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We recognized several from prior visits.

The lobby, bedrooms, and bathrooms were clean. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. Cereal, milk, apple juice, oatmeal packets, and black coffee (with powdered creamer) were available. The price was a great value for our family since we were only passing through Dandridge and needed a safe place to sleep for the night. I think this hotel really benefits from its 70s style: very colorful and (currently) trendy.

There wasn’t any breakfast when I left at 8. I kind of hoped for a piece of fruit. I did get a cup of coffee. I wonder if my stay being a Monday night was the reason. I just checked the same hotel for a Friday night and the rate is almost triple, so am not staying there for my return trip. I really liked that the TV had a sleep timer. So often now that feature isn’t available.

I was looking for a place in nature to relax for an overnight stay. I did not want the noise of a hotel, so I made the perfect choice. Beauty abounds here with the views and song birds. I would recommend to anyone for there are added essentials as a TV and sound bar to play your music on, but for me, it was about nature. You can’t go wrong either way you want to enjoy your stay.
