It is located in Sevier County, but with a Dandridge address. You are 20 minutes from Dollywood. You won’t forget your time in this tiny home with breathtaking views, sunrises & sunsets with peace and quiet, so it's sure to be a memorable place. You also have an amazing night time view of several city lights that relax you. The city lights are miles away but still very beautiful. The house is nestled on farm land, which once used to plant, grow, harvest, and sell tobacco. Located on English mountain between Forbidden Cravens and Bush Beans canning company with local general store and restaurant. Also, minutes away is English Mountain Trout Farm. Easily access all major local attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. But don't skip Dandridge TN, I highly recommend giving that town a visit as well. We even have a gas station & deli 2.1 miles away. Local café with general store 1.9 miles away. #chasingviews #chasingviewstinyhouse

My name is Shea, and I grew up on this farmland, we used to plant, harvest, and sell tobacco here. Near your tiny house, you will see the land and barn used. Plus, it had cows, horses, pigs, and chickens. The land was used to live by. Even though this property says location in Dandridge TN, it is located in Sevier County, so the location to get to several small towns is very easy and within short distances, I am a native to this area, so please allow me to help you have the best trip of your life. Just ask. I am married with two boys, one is active duty is the US Army. We own two Australian Shepherds. Brother & Sister. Their names are Roscoe & Daisy.

Amazing views in every direction. Your views include, mountains, lake , and county landscaping. Several seating options outside, and the doors open wide to enjoy the beautiful view resting inside the home, too. So much in the views they're breathtaking. It is very safe and private. The area is all family members for the most part. We are also in the process of adding a pond..... Special notes: Two dogs on property It can also be a romantic atmosphere.
