Staff are friendly. That should be the normal experience but sadly it isn't. I slept like a baby and that's rare. Breaky was ok. Room under construction.

Breakfast wasn't great, but better than many motels. Eggs were barely warm and dry. BUT, I don't eat much breakfast so I had enough and it was okay.

Upon checkin, we were greeted by the front desk. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and answered our questions. We enjoyed our accommodations- comfortable, clean, and very homelike. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of breakfast items to choose from. Thanks for your assistance!

Everything. Room spacious and very comfortable, with ensuite kitchen facilities, comfortable relaxing area, and sleeping space all well integrated and tastefully decorated. Tea and coffee, great TV. Delightful breakfast area and satisfying continental breakfast. Cannot recommend enough.

I love this place!! It's cozy and safe. The beds are super comfortable. Very quiet. You can't beat the location.. walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Joy was the BEST! Very friendly and helpful and a delight to talk to. The location for exploring downtown is perfect. Walk out the door and you are surrounded by shops and restaurants.
