John was great, very polite and professional when he called to confirm my reservation. The cottage was very spacious and pleasantly decorated. Sitting area and beds were very comfortable. All the amenities you'd expect at a beautiful lakeside cottage we're right there. It also has a great patio area and sugar sand beach down to the our awesome Lake Huron. Price wasn't much more than a basic hotel room either. Will definitely be going to stay again in the summer. Thanks.

We were there for the uncorked event which took place right...

We were there for the uncorked event which took place right next door to the hotel so the location was great. The hotel could use a deep clean the windows were filled with spider webs in the corners and dust. The location of the room was good, ground floor on the end. Within walking distance to downtown Tawas. Service in the restaurant and bar was hit or miss.

East Tawas is right on the coast of Tawas Bay.

East Tawas is right on the coast of Tawas Bay. It's on the sunrise side of Lake Huron. A friendly town that is very walk-able. Whether it's laying on the beach at the Tawas State Park or riding your bike around to the point, you can't help but relax and enjoy the weather and the people. (and eat ice cream ;)
