Beautiful property with amazing rooms - very clean, modern and cozy! Love the peace and quiet and the views from the balcony or front yard were beautiful - you feel like you are inside a forest and I loved that. The reception staff were very friendly and upgraded us as well on request - which was awesome. For this cost, it is a great value. Will definitely come back for a romantic getaway!

The breakfast included daily was TOP NOTCH! The attention to detail in the common areas as well as in our room were so appreciated - from the books, little reading nooks, teas and coffee daily and multiple seated areas, to the convenient s’mores and game night displays, to ear plugs and makeup wipes included in your normal toiletry inclusions, to an umbrella in the room closet, everything was so well-thought of, it felt like a home away from home. The place has been restored beautifully with updated amenities and decor! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! What a special, special vacay we had:)

The staff and fellow guests were all so friendly and welcoming. The owner Glenn invited me to join him and others for the Valentine’s Day dinner. My room was quiet and comfortable. The grounds are nice and I hope to return in warmer weather to make use of the pool. Conveniently located on a quiet street with easy walking distance to the stores on Main St. It was a short ride to Armstrong State Park and the majestic redwoods.

Exceptionally located walking distance to shops and restaurants. Direct river access. Beautiful fall foliage this time of year. Cabins are adorable. Food at the restaurant is a must. And we loved the on site spa as well.

The Cottages and grounds are beautiful....very comfortable. Location is excellent, 25 minutes to Sonoma Coast Park ( Kortum Trail is an incredible, easy hike along the Coast ), 25 minutes to Healdsburg, 10 minutes to Armstrong Redwoods. Guernville is a cute, authentic old California small town

The house is super nice and clean! Gas fireplace and hot tub are amazing features! This place has everything and more. Fast wifi, washer and dryer, private backyard, full kitchen with spices and oil, and a super cute and friendly kitty cat! Thank you so much for having us!
