I have lived in La Plata for 2.5 years and overall it's a great little place that is growing fast. People are usually friendly and you can find decent shopping and food. Easy drive to DC for anything more.

This is a beautiful location with the unique opportunity to "visit" with animals. The house and rooms are very nice and comfortable. For some of the rooms you do share a bathroom but we found this not to be a problem at all. There is also a shared kitchen if you needed that feature.

There Are A Lot Of Nice Places To Eat Around La Plata.
There Are A Lot Of Nice Places To Eat Around La Plata. Galazio's, Ledo Pizza, Five Guys Burgers, Dairy Queen, Texas Roadhouse, Chick Fil-A, Applebee's, Panera Bread And Outback Steakhouse. Quite A Variety To Choose From. There's Also A Nice Selection Of Essential Stores So If You're Traveling Through And Forgot Something At Home (Hat, Swimsuits, Flip Flops, Toileteries) There's A Walmart, Target, CVS & Walgreens Nearby.

It was very nice stay love the but in bathroom had to call front desk let them know need toilet paper for bathroom and where did jacuzzi at the mirror was cracked. The bed was nice but it was too low had a great day me and my husband we enjoy our selves just a second time being there you going to be a third time for our anniversary just fix the bed make it be too big instead of one little flat. Love it there the Staff very nice. Also close to restaurants stores and everything else great location...just to get away.....

Take this hotel out of the Booking.com family.
Take this hotel out of the Booking.com family. It is dirty, unsafe, and cockroaches were noted. I will also be letting Best Western know of its condition. Don't subject any other Booking members to such accommodations.
