be sure to check the site out completely because we asked for a room for 2 adults and two children. after we booked the room and they gave us the information we could not stay there. when they sent the confirmation it said no children. I will never recommend this site to my family or friends. when I tried to cancel, i could not reach anyone. they just took my money.

I found this to be the best hotel for persons with mobility...

I found this to be the best hotel for persons with mobility issues. The roll in shower was great. The setup good for access to the water controls, the handheld showerhead was helpful. The Waldorf was much better than most who put the controls on the opposite wall. There was good access to power outlets to plug in the power chair, BIPAP, even phones. The next time I visit Waldorf, I will happily return here!

Stay away. Theres a reason why it’s cheap.

Stay away. Theres a reason why it’s cheap. Hair in the bed, chicken bones under the bed, rusted peeling walls and broken tiles on the floor. Curtains ripped and stained, tv not working, breakfast disgusting and inedible. Staff horrific, no one answer the phones and was rude when finally reached. Worst place I’ve even been to but my car broke down and I had no choice. Don’t know how this place stays in business. If there was a number rating under zero I’d give it that.

THe staff personnel were excellent!

THe staff personnel were excellent! They was renovating the building and the appearance was not pleasing, however, once inside room, there was no noise and the room was adequate for our needs. The view not so much because at the time we were travelling construction vehicles were blocking the view.

All the stores restaurant everything is convenient for you you can walk it's just great there they really build up and did a whole lot more new exciting things the hotels are great the motels are great it's just good to be there I love coming home all the time!

Hotel and rooms were clean, the staff was polite and very attentive, there were restaurants in walking distance and breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the beds were kind of uncomfortable and the pillows were awful no support or fluffiness.

Fairly basic motel style hotel on a major route out of Washington. Convenient for an o'night after arriving from Europe. Bed nice and firm, good shower, plenty of parking, and helpful check-in-in desk (for late arrivals). Breakfast was plentiful, if basic.

I Especially Liked the Vetran's Reserved Parking. I Have Not Seen One at Any Other Hotel. That's a Big Plus for me.
