Hands down the coolest resort we've ever been to, with the staff adding a great personal touch! We had a lovely apartment with ocean view, there was a chill lawn concert with Hawaiian folklore, a hula dance and free cocktails! It's also near Whalers Village, that has nice stores and restaurants.

We loved the location of our bungalow which was beach front. I highly recommend the breakfast package, it was excellent. Book a whale watching trip with a family owned business through Dive Maui with Renee as your guide.

I do not recommend Lahaina for non Kanakas because many of...

I do not recommend Lahaina for non Kanakas because many of us are still displaced and in the midst of rebuilding. I came home for a family celebration. I do think the surrounding areas could use outside support but Lahaina needs to be left alone right now.

The area is still nice.

The area is still nice. Wanting for water and getting over their disaster but the beaches are still pretty. Unfortunately transportation is a problem. Renting a care is ridiculous plus added parking costs. Uber/Lyft/Taxi unpredictable. Got stuck a few times after drivers commit then change their minds because they got a better deal. New America. Too bad they aren't planning a transit system better than the bus which won't allow luggage.

They tried to overcharge me at check in and told me to call...

They tried to overcharge me at check in and told me to call their manager during my vacation hour, as they won't fix their error internally despite the receipt from Booking.com from the check-in date. They ended up overcharging me after check out and asked me to take trash out as a guest - why was I paying them to do housekeeping work for them on my expensive Maui holiday? They even told Booking.com they don't have my reservations to avoid answering why they're overcharging so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid avoid avoid!

We love visiting Maui and especially Lahaina.

We love visiting Maui and especially Lahaina. It is sad so much was lost in the fire, but the island has recovered, and it is/was an amazing place to visit. You need to visit Ocean Vodka, incredible views, and Monkeypod for excellent food and drink

Lahaina, is still in a rebuilding phase & a little heavy...

Lahaina, is still in a rebuilding phase & a little heavy hearted seeing all the loss, but such a great spirit & pride in the new process of rebuilding. Looking forward in seeing the progress as time passes. Such, ALOHA SPIRIT!!!!!

The location is amazing, the studio was big so we had a lot of space, we had in the kitchen everything we needed for our stay, they provide us also beach towels and a plus is the laundry room which can be very useful for travelers. The nearby beach Napili is one of the best beaches we could see in our trip, and the sunset there is pure bliss!

The rooms were a decent size with a separate bedroom. The kitchen was good with a dishwasher. The location is great, turtles were swimming on the beach for 2 days in a row. The restaurants were both good, especially the dinner one. Free parking. swimming pool was OK.
