The room was very clean and quiet. The bed and couch are both absolutely comfortable and great for relaxing and sleeping. The curtains are perfect for keeping the room dark in the morning and having privacy at night. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m in town.

The staff was VERY friendly from the time I walked in to the time I left. I barely got in the door, and the girl at the front desk greeted me. She was VERY friendly, and even signed me up for the rewards program, which let me have a later check out. I was given two free bottels of water, and check-in was fast and easy. The room was very well cleaned, and had no issues with it. I thought that when I reserved the room, that it came with a couch and two beds, but when I got into the room, there was no couch. That was a good thing though, because I would not have used the couch for anything, and I think it made the room look smaller. I was impressed with the size of the fridge. It was pretty large compared to other hotels. In other hotels, you couls just barely get a take out box in them, and i was impressed that it was hidden behind a cabinet, so it blended in with the rest of the room. I was impressed with all the outlets available with both regular plug, and USB. There were plenty of them along with regular wall outlets as well. I was impressed that there was a good sized closet just inside the door as well. It had a full sized iron and ironing board, hangers to use, and space enought to put luggage out of the way. I was a bit confused about the light swithes though coming in. When you turned on on, it would turn the light on just inside the door, then there was one next to it, that I didn't think did anything. But then I realized that if you turned that switch off, the switches in the bathroom for the lights etc., would not work. If you turned that switch on, then turned the bathroom lights on, that worked. But then I believe you were able to turn the outside switch off, and the bathroom lights would not go out. But if you tunred the bathroom lights off in the bathroom agian, you would have to flip the switch on the outside again to turn on the bathroom lights in the bathroom again. It was a bit confusing. This is just an observation though.

This is my third time staying at this facility and I've enjoyed being here every time. Everything is clean they have hot breakfast. Might not be much but hey at least it's free. I would suggest staying here. Centered around a lot of restaurants, stores the mall and movie theater.

Honestly I don’t like the area it’s just a grid pattern of stores and houses. I like nature and there are no interning parks to go. No good hiking trails or dog parks. It’s just flat and boring. If you’re a shopper or like to eat at different restaurants there are plenty of those. I find restaurants cost too much now and I find i cook better than most places.

wasn't there long. only for a few days, overall, it was ok, but nothing too exciting to see or do here. unless you are there on business, it's not a place to live on a daily basis. You will get bored over time. The Yacht club had good food.

The hotel room was very dirty and dark.

The hotel room was very dirty and dark. Only the bed light was working, and the bathtub in the bathroom was so covered with black grime that I didn't even want to shower. There is even one place to plug in electricity. For a hotel like this to be called America's best, it would cause enormous damage to hotels with the same name. I never want to stay at an American Best Hotel chain hotel ever again.

I arrived late to the property.

I arrived late to the property. I was able to check in around 8pm. I went to go grab something to eat for dinner and arrived back at the property right around 1030pm and wanted to get to bed. When I went to back to the room my key didn't work. As I was about to head back to the front desk, a lady(guest) and the front desk worker were walking toward me. She asked if this was my room and I told her yes. My key isn't working. She had a key on her that appeared to be the other guest key. When I went into my room, about 2 minutes later the front desk called and asked me to come down and that we don't have you signed in. When I arrived at the front desk, the issue was resolved. From my observation however, the lady guest must've been assigned my room, went to the room and saw that another person was assigned to their room. It was very disappointing that in a barely 2 hour time frame that my key didn't work, that these issues came up without me not even being at the property and that possibly another guest could've been in my room. I checked to see if anything was stolen and nothing was stolen THANKFULLY!!! Oh and the Wi-Fi did not work at all.
