I absolutely loved my stay at this motel! From the moment I arrived, I could tell it was going to be a great experience. The room was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was organized and fresh, and it really showed that the owners take pride in maintaining the property. What stood out the most to me was the owner. They were incredibly nice, kind, and genuinely friendly. It’s not often you come across such warm and welcoming service, and it really made my stay feel special. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed. The overall atmosphere of the motel was peaceful and pleasant, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. It’s clear that they care about their guests and want everyone to have a positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional hospitality. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

I rarely give a 10, but our 4 day stay deserved it. Price was excellent, probably because it was August and off season for business. Big room, comfortable and decent kitchen. Super friendly people, good breakfast and gym. Great location near old town.

Excellent location. You can walk t the metro in less than 10 minutes. A free bus goes up & down King Street to the river.

We had a very good stay at Hyatt Centric Old Town Alexandria. The room was always clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. We especially loved the bathroom shower—it was modern and very comfortable to use. The staff were all nice, friendly, and welcoming, making the check-in and overall experience pleasant. The hotel’s location is also convenient for exploring Old Town Alexandria. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Very friendly staff. We had a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and the staff were very accomodating. I can't remember the name of the lady that checked us in but she was awesome. So helpful! Amy at the bar was a great host, very friendly and welcoming. Hotel beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Very happy with our stay and would definitely book again.

Very clean and relaxing atmosphere

Location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood a short walk from Metro.

The Hotel was VERY nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to train station. Alot within walking distance to hotel. We chose this hotel because my friend and I both have a child with Autism that are crazy about trains and the hotel faces the Amtrak lines. I requested a room facing those tracks, the hotel accommodated us and the view was incredible. Our children were ecstatic. Best part of the trip.

They were accommodating to our event, had very nice staff. They also had nice rooms.

Easy check in although I had to wait till noon to avoid $50 fee; I was able to work while waiting. Mu conference was at Gaylord and proximity was perfect. Great walking and numerous great food choices.

We had a five in a half hour delay so we got to the hotel really late. The front desk was so accommodating and made sure we headed in the right direction to eat a late dinner. The hotel was inviting and bed was so comfortable. I recommend this hotel.
