The unit was clean & spacious. The hosts were exceptional in making us feel comfortable. We had a balcony which looked out over the park & the marina. The location was right in the center of everything, including restaurants. They rent golf carts too & guests get a discount. We got the impression that it is under new management. When I called with questions or went to the desk, staff were always pleasant & helpful. The hotel is located next to a restaurant/bar but there are quiet hours. The rooms are private entrance & the upper floor requires a key card. Despite just opening for the season, our room was ready. -We actually forgot check-in time but our room happened to be ready early.

The staff are all very friendly! Unfortunately for us the weather wasn't warm enough to swim so we didn't get to experience that for review, however the pool and hot tub looked clean and fun! The bar beside the pool was great and the server friendly. The room was clean and bed comfortable, would def stay here again.

Amazing island with amazing people who lived there and...

Amazing island with amazing people who lived there and worked there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We rented a golf cart to travel the island and it was an amazing experience. We left our car on the mainland for no extra charge so that was a perk!

The various bars are fun to visit, and there is lots of entertainment. The one thing we were appalled at is the fact that they now charge you to park your golf cart on the main street. It already is expensive to rent the cart, and the extra parking fees are a slap in the face when you have already spent considerable money to get there, to lodge there and to rent the cart, plus what you spend on food and drinks while there. It is certainly not a great way to encourage people to come and spend their money!

The ferry over was convenient and then once on the island...

The ferry over was convenient and then once on the island there were several golf cart rental businesses within walking distance. Of course there were plenty of bars and restaurants and night life. Also, there were other things to do like visit the Perry monument, they had the Monarch festival, a winery to taste wine and relax. We also toured the island on a golf cart. There were other things to also do, but we were only there two days.

Nice and relaxing vacation spot.

Nice and relaxing vacation spot. Rather expensive, but you have to expect that -- especially on an island where nearly everything is shipped in. There's much more to see and do than visit bars if you take the time to investigate. Goat Soup and Whisky is an excellent restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The swim-up-to bars are always refreshing on a hot day.

The island was great, you can walk to get to any where, but...

The island was great, you can walk to get to any where, but we preferred to use a golf cart to sight see the island, the food was good whenever we ate places a bit pricey but I can understand why because your on the island the staff were great where ever we stopped, I enjoyed my 2 day stay I recommend anyone to come and visit

make sure you request the room you want to be in. golf carts...

make sure you request the room you want to be in. golf carts is a must to get around. Mojhto Bay bar is awsome. Frosty is a great place to eat. The Goat has great steaks. Most places are just seafood.
