For a "basic" hotel, it was very nice! Rooms seem to be recently remodeled with new flooring, mirrors and paint made the room seem new!

This property had so much to offer. The kitchen is prepared with anything you could possibly need past your standard pot and pan. The owner provided Q-tips and toothbrushes (incase you forgot yours) shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were throw blankets in the living rooms and extra towels .

Everything was great. If anything needed improvement it would be the breakfast. Breakfast was until 9 and when I was down at 8:15 there was not much of anything left, food was warm but not real hot. One nice touch was the blueberry topping for waffles.

We travel often and rarely have an experience where everything was excellent and we had not one concern. This is an excellent hotel! It's clean and bright with imaginative decor that is warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and responsive. The location was central to what we wanted to do with easy highway access. We had a King room, which was roomy and included a couch, so we had room to relax in the evenings. My husband said the shower was the best ever.

Staff was friendly and accommodations were good. Our room was clean and comfortable. The TV remote was ancient and difficult to use. The breakfast looked quite good, even though I was not hungry. Overall, a decent hotel, but overpriced.

The law is no smoking in Ohio.

The law is no smoking in Ohio. Why does the hotel have ashtrays mounted on the building at the entrances and not a defined distance from these public doorways in and out of the property? This issue interrupted my entire stay at the property. Had to have A/C (HVAC,) running entire time in the room (room 220),. Was offered to move to different room, but my circumstance made it difficult to move (pack, unpack, re-pack personal items). Spray was offered. Used. But did not help odor. At checkout, odor remained Made situation known for a 3rd time to front desk personnel, I do not smoke. The odor originated from other guests at poorly ventilated entrances, and disregard for Law by property management.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the area the building is...

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the area the building is situated at was relatively quiet. The suite kitchen was very nice. Staff were polite and helpful. Stores and other businesses are near so I liked options to visit places close by during my stay. Overall, very satisfied and I will come back!

I wasn't pleased with my room.

I wasn't pleased with my room. There was a strong musty smell and there weren't any blackout curtains. There was also a lot of noise from outside so the soundproofing wasn't good. Also, the front desk woman in the morning wasn't very nice. No smile and she laughed at my request for a newspaper. Then, she kinda complained when I asked for a receipt and said i should have one in my email so I really don't need one from them.

Do not stay at the motel, I have traveled for business for 40 years and this was the worst motel I have stayed at. I have stayed in motels and found a toilet in the middle of the room or police cars around the motel due to shootings.

The young lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub was lovely. They had a large breakfast room with many choices. We had a great nights stay.

Absolutely nothing . Arrived at 705 pm not one person at front desk even called the hotel phone office door was open ask if anyone was there . At 720pm a young girl walks out of thr office . I think she was asleep in.office
