Welcome to the RiverFront Landing. Three-Level Townhouse with Patios on every level. Amazing 7-Mile View of the Maumee River. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath is designed with you in mind. Catch glimpses of one of America's Largest Outdoor Art Murals. Located close to some of Toledo's top attractions: Toledo Zoo, Mud Hen's Stadium, and the Vibrant and Growing Downtown Toledo area. Whether you come here for business or pleasure, we have what you need to make the memories.

I often travel and can't meet in person. Myself or a designated person will be available to you should you need anything. 5 stars is our expectation.

Close to: University of Toledo Downtown Toledo Toledo Zoo Maumee River Yacht Club Stranahan theater Huntington Center You can fit an average size vehicle (non suv) inside of the garage. You can also fit one mid-size SUV and regular size car in driveway, there is also street parking for one or two vehicles left of the property.
