An absolutely amazing boutique hotel. My wife and I came for our anniversary and stayed in the Graden Villa. The room was beautifully decorated as was the entire hotel. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, as well as the spacious rooftop deck. The owners were onsite and attentive to every detail. The pride and effort that they put into their establishment is evident everywhere you looked. I highly recommend the Coastal Chateau to anyone looking for a premier experience at the beach.

The location is right next to the Boardwalk. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was a nice size with a large bathroom. Everything was clean and bright. The pool was a wonderful space with lots of out door seating. We will return to this location again and again

Far from the Ocean City boardwalk/beach. I couldn't imagine why someone would want to stay in Somers Point other than the restaurant we visited. Maybe we should have asked for what is available in the area.

The room was filthy, smelled like smoke and weed.

The room was filthy, smelled like smoke and weed. Slider had no Lock just a cut 2x4 for the track, couldn't see out the slider and paint chipping off, lights had bugs in them, door to bathroom was slates and door frame rusted thru and missing, tub was burned, curtain for slider was yellow and backing was cracking, owner spoke very broken English, no extra towels, pillows, blankets when asked for them. Disgusting

Our best friends live here.

Our best friends live here. We were here for our annual Christmas visit. We had a delicious dinner at the Crab Trap nearby. We have been in Somers Point many times over the past 30 years or so. It’s a nice little town. On New Years Eve, you can travel over the bridge to Ocean City’s First Night Music Festival. Lots of talented groups to see for a small ($25) fee as you make your way around town. There is a small beach just down the street from the Crab Trap. If you visit in summer, try Crabby Jacks bar on the bay. It’s behind the Crab Trap. Watch the boats come by. Don’t miss Nights in Venice mid-July. In spring and fall, you’ll want to visit one of the nearby golf courses. You can’t go wrong staying in Somers Point any time of year.

I lived here for up to a decade and moved.

I lived here for up to a decade and moved. I return as often as possible: access to bodies of water, my favorite park is Kennedy Park, easy access to Cape May and Ocean City. The best Shop-Rite grocery store in the State, the Custard Hut, Primo's hoagies and the sound of the seagulls.

There isn't much to do in Somers Point.

There isn't much to do in Somers Point. We stay because we like the restaurant in the area but we only go off season because the wait for tables can be very long. Somers Point is just before the bridge going into Ocean City. I would stay in Ocean City if I wanted to use the beach or go to the boardwalk.

I’ve been here before.

I’ve been here before. Short trip to Ocean City for great beach and boardwalk. Also close to our favorite restaurant (Crab Trep) and point dinner but you have such a good breakfast at SONESTA that we didn’t go there.. Love the seclusion and setup so you don’t feel like your in a hotel room ,
