Front desk worker greeted me immediately upon pulling my car up. Held the door for me. Made great conversation while checking me in. Was very accommodating when initial room did not have a sofa bed and was quick to switch me to one that did along with keeping my hot tub/jacuzzi request in my booking. So was very happy and relieved about that! Jacuzzi was AMAZING!!! No further words needed! Breakfast selection was great! Quick to refill the hot items! Would absolutely come back and stay another night when I visit Michigan again!

Love it here. We stay often just to get away and be alone. Staff Is great. My love & I call it our other home or our place. It's clean & comfortable or we wouldn't come to get away as often as we do. So much I'm on first name greetings with some of the staff and they know we usually request the same room number 🤍

Well worth the drive up from Detroit; the musical we saw at the Boardwalk Theater was outstanding. There is a lot to see and enjoy in St Clair and in Marine City nearby. Highly recommend on a beautiful fall day in Pure Michigan.

A uniquie facility with excellent staff.

A uniquie facility with excellent staff. It is very well maintained and has a great view of the St Clair river from rear side and the pool area. The Restaurant (The dive) was a huge disappointment, really awful food at an extremly high price

The St. Clair Inn is an historic hotel right on the St. Clair River that has been beautifully refurbished. We were totally pleased with our overnight stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back there. If you're going out for breakfast, which we love to do, the prices are similar to other restaurants, only you get to watch the ships go by. The hotel is very close to a beautiful waterfront park, too. The road out front is lined with gorgeous homes. We highly recommend this location.

Beautifully restored older property with much old charm and nice new appointments. Rooms are a little small but have very nice beds and excellent bathrooms with marble and nice walk in shower. Breakfast was simple and adequate. Excellent access to the river and tourist attractions. Stayed in off-season (Early Oct) and got an excellent rate. Would love to stay again.
