Close to Longwood Gardens. Which was my primary reason for travel . The hotel was in a central location to restaurants shopping and tourist attractions . Breakfast was offered. There was also a small convenience kiosk !!!

The owner was very informative when we arrived and showed us around the hay loft which is actually a very beautiful space converted into a welcome area with a coffee bar, various types of glassware for beverages, teas, hot chocolate, and snacks. This is also where the delicious and hearty breakfast was served. The coffee was great. The room was very comfortable and had a deck with outdoor furniture. The grounds are beautiful with a pond and a pool. I also liked that this was near both Longwood Gardens and Winterthur. There were good restaurants a short drive away.

NOTHING and Booking .com were absolutely no help One customer service rep just said, "Sorry." I said sorry...I'm 3 hours away from attending my grandson's wedding, and I don't have a place to stay because the Board of Health closed Microtel Inn & Suites down, and Booking.com couldn't care to help find my wife and me another room. Sounds incredible, right?... I must be some confused customer. I am a high-level Chief Marketing Officer for a major $$$ Pharmaceutical company, and I arrange through my admin hundreds of Regional and District meetings over 3–4-day periods every year, plus I travel all over the country for work by myself. No one has reached out to even begin to apologize or offer some form of explanation or compensation, as we had to book a weekend stay at the last minute at twice the price at another hotel, yet the system has emailed twice to review how our stay and services were. Please have someone reach out to me so I can discuss live with a supervisor who cares. My son is also a VP in the casino industry, and he sets up meetings all over the US. Friday and Saturday, he was not very pleased with how Mom and Pop were treated. I told him to wait until Wednesday before he hits social media with the rude, unprofessional handling of our personal family. I am a big Wyeth fan so I love visiting Chadds Ford and the Brandywine Museum and all the Wyeth's studios. It's a gorgeous area, picturesque and historically interesting. The Brandywine Conservancy has made sure that the area will remain green and pristine for eternity, so it's a great place to visit.

The facility was fine the customer support terrible. I had originally made a reservation for 5 days but changed to 3. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months. The site does not respond to request for confirmation from Booking.com. I have tried to call the hotel many times but they never answer the phone

I have stayed in the Warner a number of times now over the years visiting friends in West Chester. Its location is unbeatable, rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable. Staff are friendly. I love how there is a self service laundry on site, tea, coffee available in the lobby is a nice touch.

Very central in West Chester. Lovely comfortable beds and bathrooms were beautifully decorated. Hairdryer that actually dried your hair. Amazing fish restaurant with fabulous menu and friendly staff. Carpark next door with special rates for guests. Will definitely be back.

Breakfast is the low point of the hotel. Everyting is already made, not fresh. Very few options. All stuff already cooked, even sandwiches. I rather prefer to miss breakfast and pay elsewere. Coffe is horrible.
