When we politely asked for a room on the first floor of the...
When we politely asked for a room on the first floor of the inn since we have trouble with stairs (age), easily done as our arrival was very early, concerns were dismissed and ignored.
We won't return.
The Asian restaurant in town was quick, affordable and decent.

Coming to Farmington, Maine every Labor day weekend for a third year to set a music festival, the first two years we got terrible hotels.
From now on we are staying here! Cleanliness at the top of the list.

This was the second time we stated here. Great hotel, excellent amenities, pool and hot tub are fantastic. Closest hotel to where we needed to be for the weekend.
