Gelan is a location not to be missed in Uzbekistan, especially in summer when the wildflowers are blooming the rest of the country is so hot. This family repeatedly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, satisfied, and healthy. I will never forget their great kindness. The meals were homemade, and very yummy. They always asked what we wanted for breakfast. It was much more affordable and beautiful here than the Nuratau mountains.
