This is a genuine homestay experience! The property is on a beautiful farm with a lake view, there are fantastic home cooked meals available, free breakfast, and the dorm is built in the style of a house of the local Thai ethnic group. The owners will offer you tea grown on their farm all day long, you will drink so much! The beds are futons on the ground but it is quite clean, comfortable and worth it for the experience.

The food we ordered, via Google translate (staff don't speak English, which is understandable in this remote location) was good; chicken with chili and lemongrass was fantastic, delivered to our room. For breakfast, they delivered Pho Bo with coffee in take out containers, to our room, which was decent. Parked our motorcycle under the portico. Staff were friendly.
