We almost always stay here everytime we visit Vinh. Great value, great price. Best breakfast for a 3* hotel and within this price range (around $35/night) for twin room that can accomodate a family of four.

Good location, spacious room, bed not the most comfortable but you get used to it. It's very good value for money.
