The farm is a little off the beaten track but well worth the trouble to get to. The room I had, Number 9 on the lower level was pretty basic, but very comfortable. The amenities were down to two bottles of water, no fridge, no kettle, even the TV wasn't working because of a total blackout of the whole complex. It is not a new place, in fact it seems the larger family rooms on the second price tier, have been an addition to the original and visibly aged accommodation that I had. Thanks to Miss Chi, breakfasts and dinners were easily arranged in the large dining slash conference hall. I must add the staff were all very helpful and obliging, Google translator was in overdrive. The whole complex is actually an organic Tea Farm and there is really nothing else in the way of shops or entertainment nearby, so bring a good book or two. The accomodation in my opinion, is firstly to share the beauty of the precinct and secondly to support the income of the farm. It is most definitely a beautiful spot and extremely peaceful.

This was my favorite stay from my entire vietnam trip. The host family was lovely, the dinner I had with them was great (I'm vegan and got some delicious tofu, greens and bamboo), and the location is just indescribable. The mattress is a typical vietnamese hard mattress, so be ready for that, but the pillows and blanket were comfy. Quite rustic, but personally I loved it.
