I loved everything the people at reception were amazing it was my birthday and they gave me room upgrade,the view from the room was 10/10 late night private beach walk was great

I read all previous reviewers and was not expecting such a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, polite and fluent in English, Persian and Turkish. The room had an electric kettle and a cup which was much better than what I read in previous reviewers. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were really great, and a good range of different foods for different tastes were available. Room service was always available. Two bottles of water were supplied every day.

The design of the room was breathtaking. Also, it had a very good breakfast with too many options. We enjoy our accommodation in the hotel.

We liked "everything" about Grand Sapphire Resort! Especially their staff commitment to provide guests with utmost comfort and treat them with full respect during their stay. Especially I'd to thank Selin who helped us with changing both rooms at no cost when we asked for it, so the whole family can stay in adjacent rooms on the same level. We highly recommend GSR to the visitors.

The hotel was excellent. It is a perfect 5-star hotel. The beach is long and peaceful. The breakfast was perfect. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
