Louaan made sure we had everything we wanted and was attentive without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our too-brief stay at Almar and would recommend to anyone. It must be a great location for a game drive or wedding. Our rooms had everything we needed and it was great to be able to sit on our balcony and watch the wildlife.

Exceptional stay with friends – highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a 51-year-old travelling with friends, I can honestly say our stay at the River Chalet at Victory Towers exceeded expectations. The chalet is spacious, clean, and very well equipped – perfect for a group wanting both comfort and privacy. What truly made the experience special was the peaceful riverside setting. We spent quality time fishing, relaxing, and simply enjoying the quiet surroundings – exactly what we needed to unwind. The atmosphere is safe, well maintained, and welcoming, with great attention to detail. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into ensuring guests have a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this to friends, families, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!

I can understand why this town was nominated as Town of the Year. It is a friendly town where you can grab either juicy fast foods from a choice of places or a home made meal from several local spots.

The ranch is outside Bloemhof.

The ranch is outside Bloemhof. We only stayed overnight on our way to Johannesburg, so never really got to see Bloemhof. I had hoped to see Bloemhof dam (we had seen it previously), but time was short

We were only there for one night, a stopover between the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and Centurion. It was very clean, quiet and conveniently located for us. We will highly recommend this property to our friends and will definitely stay here again!
