United StatesIt is a beautiful property with a few animals roaming around. The tents were clean with comfortable beds. It was warm enough even in the winter - with space heaters provided in the tents. We had a dinner there one night and it was very good. The host even joined us for dinner and we appreciated the time he gave us and information he shared. He also arranged our game drive for the morning. The location was good - about 25 minutes to Bakubung Gate at Pilanesberg.

South AfricaThe old man (the owner of SolDin Guest House) was so friendly and welcoming. He did his best to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the stay.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but however there are few things that the owner needs to add in those rooms.
For instance
1. Tables and chairs with plates, glasses, spoons and forks
2. Air conditioner or fan
3. Microwave
4. Shower glass door
5. Car parking shades
6. Television with DSTV decoder or anything that has an entertaining channels or programs
7. Electric gate or fence and/or a copy of gate key to all the visitors or guests.

I attended the Glen Jones concert.
I attended the Glen Jones concert. It was convenient to go to Sun City. It was 12 km away.
The chalet was clean. If I had time we could had a braai.
Also easy access as day visitor to Sun City. They offer game drives and games.

Its a quite venue, remote and beautiful.
Its a quite venue, remote and beautiful. If you want to break away and enjoy nature, then this is the place for you. Avoid raining days as the road can be quite muddy. Enjoy the swimming pool to cool down. Enjoy the accommodation and facilities. Worth to take the game drive in Pilanesberg to close off a beautiful stay.

The interaction before arrival was too slow. Cellphone listed went unanswered. Area listed as no network area but cellphone numbers listed at the gate. No visible signage for the venue. Cleanliness was an issue. Location is fantastic. Lot of potent but currently not Booking.com standard.

The room we booked had twin beds which meant that we had to...
The room we booked had twin beds which meant that we had to move both beds together to create one double bed. We requested for a room change, only to be told but the receptionist that we couldn’t change rooms and that all the rooms were fully booked, however Daniel who was extremely helpful and friendly found two other rooms for us to choose from and we were able to change rooms. The bathrooms are really old and the door of our first room was getting stuck when we opened it. The bathroom of the first room had only single ply toilet roll. When we changed rooms, our TV was also changed which was great however the person that changed it to the second room forgot the remote and we once again called Reception to ask for the other remote. The receptionist brought another remote that was not working and was supposed to check for the correct one and never came back to us, the receptionist that was there on our second day of the stay assisted us. The breakfast is also not the greatest and it didn’t look very clean and hygienic. The bedding is also insufficient, there is not much but a thin sheet and some sort of duvet cover. The blanket that we used on the bed was so old and dirty. The best part of the trip was the quad biking and that I would recommend to anyone, Colbert was very good with this activity.

The hotel is very clean, the lady at the reception Abby helped us a lot. We experienced electricity problem from Friday night at challette side and we had to phone reception using our cellphone as the phone wasn't working. When we got to reception to explain our problem she spoke to manager and we were moved to the hotel side which is more cleaner and comfortable. Thanks Abby you are the best 👌

The advert is misleading. What's on the advert is not what I found there. One must pay for facilities when staying in the hotel I think is not fair. Breakfast was usual and limited.Aircon was not working. We were told there's a club,getting there it's not functioning.Own food and drinks not allowed but the restaurant dddnt meet our requirements even the bar.

• The staff in the hotel are nice
• The pools, waterparks, and game reserves are awesome.
• The pool area has a nice aesthetic and great service
