I've enjoyed every moment there , but the problem is that fall in love with the one of the Security Guard right in the main Entrance,I think her name is Ntokozo if I'm not mistaken , she the one who make life so easy for me , remember I was alone , she was so kind to me... please if there's any possibility to let my number to reach please give her ( Tembela @ 073 580 1100 ) that woman she's so kind as human being... Please assist me

Breakfast options were okay. The location was good for me. The staff were great! The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff, Toka—a very good guy. The facility is good too, quite homely. I stayed in many hotels during my visit to SA. Hayat House Sandton was the best.

Nice location next to the Sandton region. It was like an eight minute drive from Mandela Square nice hotel pretty pretty traditional and clean and breakfast was also good.

The staff was ver helpful, the room and bedding was clean. We also liked the fact that communication was clear when the booking was made.

The staff was amiable right from the gate man to the front desk personnel. I arrived late for the check in but the front office lady was aware of my late booking and when I told her about my hunger issues, she offered quick solutions. I went on foot to pick up a meal at KFC and a few essentials at the supermarket late at night after assuring me it was safe. On my checkout, hich happened at 4am since i had to rush to the airport, without asking, I was instantly given my R200 deposit for the key once I handed it over. It was seamless. Keep it up folks

I liked the excellent location, the excellent hotel staff and general hotel facilities like the good WiFi, restaurant, poolside and security.

stuff are very nice and place is clean

It was really good and we felt comfortable. Next time I would love to book there again and everyone is friendly.I loved lots of warm water and they gave us a kettle jug to make tea. We enjoyed with my husband.🥹
