Modern, well laid out and comfortable. The bed was amazing and the Bathroom, with a wonderful bath, 2 basins and 2 showers was incredible. Beautifully designed and decorated. With a terrace and sea view. Would definitely recommend and will return.

We were right next to the golf course which was a beautiful...

We were right next to the golf course which was a beautiful setting. Initially we booked to stay for 2 nights but on day two we extended our stay by an extra night. The property was clean, updated and fully equipped and the restaurant was wonderful. We could all feel free to explore the estate, enjoy activities and the time just flew by.

Langebaan is a great holiday destination.

Langebaan is a great holiday destination. Theres quite a bit to keep you busy. Only thing lacking is play areas for toddlers. There's a Waterpark and jump place for older kids but nothing for toddlers around 2 years old. The only play area we found for our daughter was the one at Spur in Langebaan.

Convenient mall close by to pick up groceries, charcoal, wood etc.. We went to the jetty ( close to Mikinos) to take multiple pictures. As usual my wife picked up sea shells. Not interested in the casino ,not into gambling. Many beautiful homes where we were, all different. Don't speed (25 km/hr ) where we stayed (someone received a 3000 R fine for going 50 km/ hr). Expensive homes and building plots according to the locals. ( Millions of Rands).

We chose a great time of year.

We chose a great time of year. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed all that Langebaan had to offer. We went to The Stradloper restaurant which lived up to it's name. We also had a great breakfast at Friday Island and excellent coffee at Weskus Coffe Company.

We did not know that Langebaan is popular for its wind.

We did not know that Langebaan is popular for its wind. Instead of that, we enjoyed the little shops and people. Playing golf was an experience, especially with the wind as a factor. Lots of things to do and see!

Langebaan is a lovely, quiet, seaside town about 2 hours...

Langebaan is a lovely, quiet, seaside town about 2 hours away from Cape Town. While it does have a thriving tourist economy, I suspect most of the tourist traffic, both local and international, goes up the Garden Route coast rather than up the West Coast. It is certainly much drier and hotter than the Garden Route, but oh so worth it. The beaches are beautiful, the water in the Langebaan lagoon is warm and you can swim very comfortably, the locals are friendly, the restaurants are all excellent, and the general "vibe" is super relaxed. Bonuses: the birding around Langebaan is excellent - the West Coast National Park boasts an incredible variety of both coastal and fynbos birds (and often hosts rarities - a Eurasion Oyster Catcher and a Broad Billed Sandpiper were highlights of a recent trip!). For dinning Marc's Bar at Mykonos for a good meal and Black Eagle Brewing Company for a perfect pint are absolute must visits. Langebaan has grown a lot over the years but has retained a lot of its small town charm and way of life. I come here once a year for the Weskus Marathon. I should really come here more.

We have very rarely experienced such wonderful service at all levels of staffing As you get older, simple things get more difficult but your hotel staff made our stay very memorable. Thank you so much. This hotel cannot be more highly recommended

The location is superb. The apartment is so heavenly and beautiful. Very unique and its so homely. The atmosphere is just peaceful and serene. I loved it and really enjoyed staying there. The staff really made it easy and comfortable. If you travel to Langebaan amd looking for a quiet and calm place to enjoy, I highly recommend this exquisite place.

We really enjoyed the calm, private garden space - perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning and braai at night. The place felt clean, homey, and well-equipped for a family stay. Aneesa was lovely and responsive when we arrived. Being in Langebaan Country Estate meant we had peace , exactly what we needed for 3 nights away 25-28 Jun.
