Very clean and cozy! The outdoors are serene and peaceful and the cottage was well kept, comfortable and clean We visited Rondebosie Farm Retriet on 11th May (checking out on 12th May) The cottage was so cozy and had everything one could need. The lemons in the basket was such a great touch, as well as the Rusks provided with the complimentary coffees and teas The towels were so fluffy and soft and the bedding was quite comfortable as well There’s a number on the gate that can be called for assistance- the gentleman Wa who answered my call was super helpful and also accommodating I took an evening walk and the view is very calming and serene! Definitely a getaway place I would recommend to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet, a comfortable space to relax and enjoy nature in comfort

The location was magical. loved the walk to the look out point. the scenery in the retreat and surrounds is amazing. very peaceful and really getting back to nature. The breakfast was a feast. we certainly did not go hungry and Thabo was so efficient and friendly and looked after us well. Thank you to Douglas and Anders for the 5 star hospitality and making our Mothers day and dinner special. Your 5 course meal was a real spoil and delicious.

self-catering unit with basics provided ,the only downside was the blanket and duvet inner it wasnt so clean . it rained and it affected the power ,they have generator which was switched off from 10am we ended up leaving to find something else to do were there was electricity on night 2 the power returned . we had a quiet room ,which is a plus the spaces provided are sufficient for 4 the receptionist is very helpful MMe Flora other than the issue with the inner n blanket it was a fair stay night 1 cost us R2783 and night 2 cost us R 1750 for self catering which is roughlt R560 per person per night ,abit pricey however as its in a beautiful ares it is ok

The scenery is beautiful and the people are very friendly.

The scenery is beautiful and the people are very friendly. The restaurants in Haenertsburg and Magoebaskloof are excellent. We found that access to some tourist attractions was difficult and required a high clearance vehicle.

Beautiful area.

Beautiful area. Cheerio is a must see especially in spring it is spectacular. Lovely restaurants in the Haenertsburg village and lots to do if you love walking, nature- flowers and forests, eating, relaxing, scenic drives We loved Habibi restaurant; Zwakala; Wegraakbosch cheeses; The Farmstall; Krabbefontein for coffee, sandwiches and cake. Watch out on the dirt roads when it's rained they get super slippery.

Magoebaskloof has such amazing natural beauty with forests, rivers, mountains and waterfalls! The very small quaint tiny town of Haenertsberg is a gem, with lovely little shops and restaurants. Even a free yoga class was offered on the lawns on the Saturday morning. This area is a MUST visit!

All was of a very high standard: rooms, accommodation, staff, scenery, breakfasts, homely and friendly. The very best absolutely! I have told all my friends how we loved our stay at Bramasole, and will continue to do so. Planning my return there asap next year. Driving around Magoebaskloof is like my birthplace driving around the mountains. We had wonderful weather and 1 rainy day with mist and it really felt like being in the Alps! The forests and the lushness of the landscape and floral beauty is amazing. Lots of little gorgeous places to stop all around and look and snack or inch. The village is so friendly and everyone talks to each other and to tourists and visitors.
