there was very little that impressed me and certainly not value for money. roads to the resort are terrible with many potholes . weekend buffet was really good but a la carte for the rest of the week is mediocre with some items not available. the complete resort needs a revamp . no effort is made to entertain guests hot pools were really good but there should have been refreshments available nearby ( 300m ) to get a cooldrink.

Unfortunately, the roads to Gooderson Natal Spa are terrible, potholes all along the route forcing the trip to be much longer than expected. Do not travel on these roads with cars with lowered suspension and definitely stay off these roads after dusk or in rainy conditions. For the amount of time spent travelling from Jhb to Paulpietersburg, we could have driven to Durban in less time and with far better road conditions. Thankfully we do not have small children as this would have a been an even longer road trip!

Excellent resort. Spa was fantastic. Ladies wete welcomming. Hot water pools are clean and spotless. Falcon bloc could do with aircons in the bedrooms. The roads leading to the resort and in KZN are 😔.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Food horrible especially at night, the chef doesn’t know what he is doing. The restaurant manager is disrespectful The rooms are old and very dated They were leaking and air conditioners were not working. WiFi isn’t enough for the day. The roads going to the place are TERRIBLE! I will never go back there

Roads have a lot of potholes, can easily damage your car. Nearest town is 15km away, in case you need to purchase anything. The main road in Paulpietersburg was barricaded with stones, have to drive on dust/gravel portion. The ressort is well worth the travel and time. Enjoyed my stay.

The resort is accommodating friends and families as they have superb rooms with clean bathrooms and enough towels. There is hot spring water that can keep children warm and the swimming pools are the best.
