The location was great for our purposes. Very nicely decorated, a complete kitchen, excellent heating, very responsive staff made everything easy. The on line introduction document, was comprehensive and very useful. The pool area would be lovely in the spring, fall and summer and is a calm, oasis in the busy town.

We absolutely loved our stay in Caniço! The apartment was incredibly comfortable and felt just like home, it had everything we needed and more. Street parking was always easy to find, and having access to secure underground parking gave us extra peace of mind. The ocean view was stunning and we loved just relaxing on the deck. The added bonus of a washing machine was a surprise and made our stay even more convenient. We also enjoyed being close to Funchal and many good restaurants, but returning home in the evenings to a more quiet and peaceful area. Laura and Nigel were exceptional hosts—so kind, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The location was amazing and very convenient. The pool was lovely, and generally the place was quiet and peaceful. The hosts attention to detail, and obvious interest in our well being and ensuring we had an amazing time.
