Property is a very private setting located on large acreage on the water that feels like a bird sanctuary. Birds, wombats, and wallabies freely roam the grounds. The two bedroom home is fully equipped for comfort and meals, including everything to make pizza. Outside there is a large deck that leads to a sauna, hot tub, plunge pool, wood fired pizza oven, stargazing and fire ring. Cole’s Bay is close for restaurants and groceries, and Freycinet National Park is close for excellent hiking, swimming and ocean views. Can’t wait to go back. Enjoy!

We stayed in Gypsy Rose, an old converted transport truck permanently parked on the property. It was quirky but comfortable and fun. The little side balcony was lovely for breakfast and our evening glass of wine.

A very modern and clean house in a great location with an excellent view. Has a very well equipped, spacious kitchen and the lounge room and deck have beautiful views acrosss the bay. Beds were ultra comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious, comfortable and above all clean. In every way, this property was exactly as described, a credit to the owners.
