This self contained property is designed to ensure you have everything you need and features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to a sundeck, where you can enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ. The bedrooms have one queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. So this property can comfortably sleep 4 guests. With modern finishing and a very crisp and clean interior design, this is the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate or entertain with friends. There is an identical holiday house (Fairways 1) on this same property. Set privately from each other, but ideal for larger groups to book both houses. The Fairways 2 is only a 5 minute drive to the township of Coles Bay, gateway to the Freycinet National Park, Hazards Range and Wineglass Bay. Also within walking distance to Sandpiper Beach, Swan River and the Freycinet Golf course..
