I had the absolute best stay here! The host was incredibly kind, setting up the fire pit without us even asking and responding instantly to all our requests. They also provided homemade bacon, fresh milk, and the best apple juice I have ever had in my life! The place is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, and the night sky was filled with the most stunning stars. It was the perfect, relaxing getaway. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay; Karen is a great host and made us feel very welcome! The location is great too, and Karen gave us a lot of great tips to make the most of our stay in the Grampians.

Cottage shows its history in a good way. It was cold at night and the heating was definitely adequate. We chose not to light a fire but nice to have that option. It was also nice to see local kangaroos (perhaps some wallabies too) and cockatoos. We catered for ourselves mostly and kitchen had all we needed. Great too, to have a washing machine and dryer.

Very quiet, the heating was very efficient.The bed was comfy and the shower was hot.
