Such a unique property and close to the slopes and downtown.

Location – The property is within walking distance of both the city center and the nearest ski lifts, yet very quiet at night. Car park – Parking is very convenient. You can easily park up to three cars: one in the garage, one in front of the garage, and one in front of the house. Kitchen – The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals. It includes a filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, and all the necessary utensils. Bathrooms – There are three bathrooms, two of which have toilets. The sound system in the bathrooms was a great touch and worked very well. Sauna – The sauna is excellent. It heats up very quickly, maintains the temperature well, and comfortably fits five people. Bedrooms – The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There are plenty of closets and drawers for storage.

The property was a perfect blend of classy and cozy. We loved kicking back and recharging with a spectacular view.

We love the area and have been to this area in Germany many times while stationed in Germany with the US military.

Well appointed apartment on the ground floor of an apartment house with six apartments at the edge of town. Lovely view out onto fields. Two spacious bedrooms, and a spacious dining/living room. Separate toilet and bathroom with shower. Very small kitchen.

The host was quite friendly and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable and really beautiful. I had a great time with my family there. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a good location, within walking distance to all of the town. Good parking available and tons of space. We played games and used the living room quite a bit.

Beautiful ferienhaus in a wonderful location

Spacious and cozy home. Parents loved the sauna and kids loved the kino. 15 or so minute walk to the downtown.

Loved the facilities, amazing view of bavarian alps from every room and clealiness. It was an ideal place for a multigenerational family vacationing in Garmisch for 5 days. The property literally made us stay back inhouse and enjoy the views and amazing jacuzzi and sauna for 2 days. This was indeed the most enjoyable part of our stay. The communication from the property group was fantastic and on-point and timely. We didnt face any challenge. Infact, there were couple of times I had to give a call for asking some things and both the times my calls were answered in the late evening and they provided immediate resolution. I would highly recommend this place if you want to stop over and just relax/chill with your family/friends.
