Cottages in Amboise

Very nice apartment with washing machine. Just across the river from the castle and lots of great restaurants. Comfortable bed, clean space, and quiet area.

Amazing place — spacious, beautifully maintained, and modern, yet wonderfully authentic.

This is a wonderful family. My daughter played with the four kids and the animals. I would gladly see them again or come visit. We had a small medical scare and the hospital was 4 minutes by car. Everything is close by and very easy to get to. Cynthia was very generous with us

It's a fabulous property. A full manor and its grounds with fruit trees, great sky. Very close to city centre and the river and useful places like cycle shop Anne is a fabulous and friendly host that we could easily be friends with. She took a lot of initiative helping us find and reserve lovely restaurants, cycle places, cars etc. Highly highly recommended

The cottage we stayed in was the only rental on the property. The hosts were a lovely couple who lived in the main house that has been in the family for 400 years. They greeted us, showed us around and made recommendations about the area. The cottage was small but worked well for our group of three.

The place has big garden in the front where you can spend good time, and kids play area as well. And the dinning hall is well set up, lot of sun light to enter. It gives nice feel inside the house

A beautiful spot in nature, yet right in the middle of town. With parking! We stayed in a “cabane” (chalet) which included its own private hot tub and lounge chairs. What a treat! The pool was clean and beautiful and the water was warm, although we didn’t have time to use it. The bed was comfortable, the towels were thick and thirsty. The kitchen was tiny yet sufficient. A great home base in Amboise for visiting the chateaux and other local attractions.

We loved our stay at L’Amboiselyne! It is perfectly located to see all that Amboise has to offer. The accommodation was well decorated and had everything we needed. We would like to come back again!

The property was very comfortable and provides a variety of space to live in from the open kitchen/sofa area on the ground floor to the bedrooms upstairs, including a table outside very useful for the apéritive at the end of the day. lots of shops around to purchase local quality food. very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful stay in a great location. Highly recommend for short break in Amboise.
