United KingdomThe house is charmingly beautiful, it feels cosy and homely as soon as you walk in the door. It's beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches for things you might need. The house is on a quiet road with some free parking nearby if required, but its also a short walk to the train station and town centre. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. If you're looking for a nice stay in Stroud, this is where i'd recommend.

The hut is in the most idyllic location looking over fields and hills it really felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. The hut was very comfortable, the bed was comfy and the duvet was so warm, when we put the fire on it kept the hut warm for a long time. We ate at the Woolpack pub and did the circular walk through Painswick which was a great long walk to fill the day, very much enjoyed coming back to the cosy hut after and sitting outside with a cup of tea!

Loved the location. Such a beautiful spot. The cabin was well played out and cosy. The host was helpful, and understanding when I told her I had accidentally broken a plate. We would love to go back again in a different season. If you love wildlife and peace this is a place to go.
