Kind and friendly staff. We loved the antique building. Excellent facility with a picturesque landscape. Great selection of breakfast. Enjoyed every moment of our stay.

I stumbled upon this place traveling through and am so glad I did. I will be back. The atmosphere and the facilities are perfect for a relaxing stay in a picturesque place. The meals can't be beat! Wonderful family!

The hostess is the incarnation of kindness

It was a lovely place. The host was super welcoming. The house is a historical piece so it feels very unique to stay there.

Our time in Setterhouse was a fantastic getaway from the stress and hub bub of city life. It has all of the ammenities and welcome of a typical bed and breakfast, with all of the warmth and affability of a country home. The owners of the property were exceptionally hospitable and kind; it may sound cliché, but they literally welcomed us like family! (I found myself getting sad when it was time to leave) The property has a great view of the valley, it's especially beautiful at sunset with the sun setting behind the mountains across the way. The food served at Setterhouse was yummy and fresh, the panna cotta with caramel sauce was particularly delightful. The location is also very good, you can walk from the property to the ancient city of Trevi in about 10 minutes. And of course, we had the singular pleasure of being surrounded by tons of dogs. Most of these furry friends were very sweet and sociable, they really enjoyed being petted and loved on. In fact, the first day I was sitting on some steps and one of the dogs, Emma, crawled into my lap and we cuddled for probably 30 minutes, she was so precious. Some of the dogs were more standoffish, but they did warm up to us throughout the week. If you're in this part of Italy and you love dogs, this place is an easy choice. Come and stay here!

This is an amazing property. Paola and Giuseppe are very kind. This will require a car as there is not easy access to public transportation. It is convenient to many beautiful places in Umbria.

Umbria valley and opposite Montefalco hills window view. Uphill village location. XIX century frantoio mature quietness. Olive tree grove right out of the kitchen window. And hosting lady foremost. I trust her new grandbaby is already brought to our world. And is well.

Very nice hosts. The location was just outside of town nestled among olive groves. The room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was good and we had a wonderful dinner there. The resident cat was very friendly.

It’s a wonderful agriturismo and the hosts are so nice. My only negative is that I have never driven in Umbria which can be quite challenging for a non local. Country living at its best!

Easy walking distance to Foligno. Large, clean room with excellent bathroom. The pool was the kicker - so great to swim on the hot afternoon we were there.

The location was great to explore Perugia, Assisi and other parts of Umbria. Access to the garden (which included chickens giving us fresh eggs in th emorning and a BBQ for the evenings) was really lovely and the swimming pool was a work of art. We really loved how Riccardo created a little paradise with his own hands.

Property was very bright and clean. The host provided an excellent breakfast.

The apartment was amazing so clean comfortable,and has two bathrooms which is a bonus, would go back again

Quaint apartment just outside of Bevagna. Excellent location to explore Umbria. The host was responsive and helpful, well catered breakfast and excellent air conditioning to manage the heat. Parking right outside and all the facilities to self cater, highly recommend staying here if you're travelling in the area!
