The property is immersed in the green hillside of Umbria, just few minutes away from the city of Foligno. From here is very easy to reach main Umbrian city like Assisi, Perugia and Spoleto that are less than 30 minutes far buy car. The house is large and well furnished with a beautiful fireplace, a big kitchen and an American bar that opens it to the main living room. There is also a wooden stove for cold winters. Outside there is a big garden were to enjoy warm summers or a barbecue with friends. Heating and wood consumption are not included in the price. We ask our guests 10 euro per day per apartment to cover this expense.
You are welcome to my house here in Umbria, I'll be at your disposal for any information about the house and for tips on our beautiful region. I love to travel and to know new people and different cultures.
The house is located in a very quite neighborhood, made of few houses that constitute the little village of Carpello. From here there are many beautiful walking that can be made, following one of the several tracks to discover the green countryside made of olive plantations and oak forests.
