OMG this place is fabulous. Donatella and Andrea were absolutely fabulous helping us with parking our car and our luggage. This apartment was amazing and a minutes walk from the piazza. We loved our stay.

What a sweet special place to stay! The owners took such a good care of us, helped with planning the activities around the area and in general made our stay the most pleasant experience one can have The location is beautiful, with the olive trees, grapes and flowers planted around the main building, the chickens thats running around and in general very cozy rural vibe with the beautiful view!

Everything was perfect. Our host, Mario, kindly rescued us when we got lost trying to reach the property by car ... there is a garage behind the property. Breakfast was not provided but there are many places to eat in the vicinity. The property is on a quiet street in the heart of Orvieto. It is spread over two floors, well furnished, bursting with books (Book &), meticulously tidy and clean, and has an excellently equipped kitchenette on the balcony overlooking the dining area below. There are two sleeping spaces (Bed) - an upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a downstairs living room with a comfortable large double sofa bed - both with their own bathrooms. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The location proximity to Orvieto was amazing. It is quiet, clean, country-side, and convenient... with massive character. Right in the heart of wine and olive oil production of Umbra. With plenty of tourist attractions, shopping, and dining. We loved it. There is an amazing restaurant, super close and amazing wine, cheese, olive oil and truffle tasting in the region.

Giorgio was the perfect host and was super helpful - he provided great restaurant recommendations and was very accommodating with our early check in time. Our rooms were beautiful and beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linens. The outdoor space was equally pleasing.. we enjoyed our wine on the patio each evening after days of exploring the nearby town of Orvieto! Breakfast was delicious with a great assortment of pastries, fruits, yogurt, eggs, cappuccino etc. and of course the lovely lady serving us each morning was just as delightful as Giorgio. If we are back in this region again, we will definitely stay at Misia Resort! Don’t hesitate to book here, you will love it!
