The super friendly and very communicative owner gave good tips for hiking and showed us a nice waterfall nearby. Our highlight was that he organized a night-out in the village, showing us around the rice fields and the temple and serving us amazing local food in the village in the traditional way. If you are looking for a great local experience in the nature you came to the right place!

My stay at A Frame Riverston was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the unexplored beauty of Riverston, Sri Lanka, this hidden gem offers an experience unlike any other. The weather during my visit was perfect, with warm afternoons perfect for exploration and cooler nights that invited cozy relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the abundance of natural wonders surrounding the location. From towering mountains to cascading waterfalls, there was no shortage of breathtaking sights to explore. Every adventure felt like a journey into the heart of nature, with each discovery more awe-inspiring than the last. However, what truly set A Frame Riverston apart was its exceptional food and incredible staff. The meals served were a delightful fusion of local flavors and international influences, each dish bursting with freshness and flavor. The staff members were incredibly attentive and hospitable, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfection. Overall, A Frame Riverston is the epitome of an authentic Sri Lankan experience. Whether you're seeking adventure in the great outdoors or simply craving a peaceful retreat, this hidden paradise has it all. We had a wonderful stay here. The place is beautiful — clean, tasteful, and surrounded by rice fields and stunning nature. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they prepared delicious, generous meals for us. Everything feels new and very well cared for. It’s also conveniently located close to the Mini World’s End viewpoint. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t always stable, but that felt insignificant compared to the comfort and beauty of the place.

Everything was just perfect from the arrival till the departure. The room is nice, super clean. You are living with the family and from the beginning you feel very welcomed...The place is very quiet and there is a beautiful view from the terase. And the breakfast? Super delicious and made with love :) Everything is homemade, fresh...ahhh I miss it so much :) The whole family is sooo helpful, friendly and nice. I hope I will be back soon :)

It's a superb place. Really calming and beautiful environment. It was built in a totally different concept than other accommodations I stayed. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Has all the facilities tv,wifi kitchen and etc. I mostly like the concept and beautiful environment it was build on. And uncle and aunty who look after the place are really nice and i have great respect for their superb hospitality. They treated us like family unlike guests.
