Private, quiet,peaceful! The pictures do not do this property justice. Well appointed (but for no microwave). It had everything else, even bird seed for all of the feathered friends that occupied the beautiful gardens and trees that were on this property. The view of the sea from the floor to ceiling windows was incredible. Decorated with an artistic touch, this felt like a very cool home. They even offer up slippers/flip flops in different sizes for use. The wood burning stove was wonderful. We could have stayed here for much longer. Thank you LuLu for your wonderful hospitality and attention to detail.

The view from the property was amazing. The sheep welcoming party with the bonus container of food to feed them was on point. The drive there from Dunedin was a commitment but once there it was close to a lot that we wanted to do. You felt like it was just you and the sheep. I loved being able to brew my own latte. An incredible view with my morning coffee.

The rooms are very luxurious with beautiful amenities. The bath tub was huge, great views from the property. The staff were incredibly helpful & kind. I did not realize breakfast was included so that was a nice surprise to have a home cooked breakfast to order. We stayed for 2 nights. Thank you so much. Also the pillows and bed were 10/10 comfy!

Location was brilliant. Having ice in the freezer was much appreciated. Beach access was very convenient. It was very quiet during our stay. Very clean and comfortable.

A charming cottage, comfortably appointed and with so much character. Super quiet at night, we thought it was a great base from which to explore the Otago Peninsula, handy for the albatross colony and penguins, and close to Portobello for grocery shopping and dining. The lovely garden was in its summer glory, full of flowers and herbs and vegetables which we were encouraged to use during our stay. Cooking facilities were simple but effective and we were nice and warm on a coolish night. Really delightful, we'd stay again.

The location was perfect - a blend of country and seaside and very, very peaceful. Animals included - friendly cats and sheep in the paddock beside the deck. The apartment is spacious and more than expected, with thoughtful amenities.
