The property was amazing! Fantastic views from our A-frame lodging on top of the mountain. We had a lovely fire in the wood burning stove and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub with fantastic views.

It was an amazing stay, good location, close to Covilhã and Serra da Estrela trails. The house was very clean and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. All the amenities were in very good standard and the garden was huge. Very peaceful and perfect for a getaway in nature. The hosts were incredibly nice and flexible. Highly recommended.

Ironically I stayed in both parts of the house as my arthritic thumb was having problems opening the door to the main house which has 3 bedrooms/2 baths and a lovely balcony. Home is lovely and is close to everything. The studio apartment in the "basement" is a nice size and comfortable. The manager, Ana, was very helpful with the door issue. The owner allowed me to shift lodgings.
