Location, design, cleanliness, amenities and staff were great.

The place is clean, freshly renovated with high quality appliances, ac units in each room. There is a parking available in front of the house. The view from the house is on the ocean. If you cross the back yard and exit the fence door you will see the breathtaking view on the ocean. Also there is a road for runners along the ocean side.

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There were everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen equipments, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and many more things. It is right next to the sea, we couldn't enjoy terrace much due to weather conditions but I am sure it would be great to rest there after discovering wonders of the island. The host was very helpful, she answered any questions we had in a short time. When I go back to Sao Miguel, I would prefer to stay there.

Location is perfect. The estate is well taken care of a very relaxing to stay in. The welcome and provided snacks to start with were excellent. I was happy that everything ran smoothly and we were not bothered by other guests. Felt very private and beautiful

The house was very clean and charming, and was located in an ideal spot directly overlooking the ocean. Sitting out on the balcony, we could spot dolphins and enjoy the beautiful southern view of the ocean. Many wonderful amenities are all within walking distance from the house, including beaches, restaurants, a market, and a fantastic public path providing access to natural coastal swimming pools. Our hostess was extremely helpful with providing excellent restaurant recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. My family enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this rental!

The place is at a central location that it’s a short drive to all the sights on the island. We loved that the seaside walk is right out of the door, that we walked many times. The backyard is great when we didn’t want to go outside. The host was super friendly and responsive. The house is spacious and clean. We loved our stay.

We found this place as a last-minute booking, and we feel happy staying there. A very good place for people who don't need loud, touristy places. Convenient location for driving around the island, close enough to Ponta Delgada and the airport. Within walking distance of the seashore.

Pedro was excellent to work with. The property is as described and more. Beautiful views, amble space for my family of 4. We enjoyed the local restaurants and swimming facility that’s just down the road. The apartment is equipped with everything you need in a vacation home.

The apartments are beautiful—comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There's even a dishwasher in the kitchen, and you can do your laundry at no extra cost! Each apartment also comes with a drying rack. Our whole family enjoyed all the facilities: the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, turkish baths, and barbecue area! There’s also a large shopping center just 2 minutes away from the apartments! It was a wonderful stay, and I would 100% recommend it. Jorge, the person who welcomed us, was very kind and attentive.

The garden was lovely. The view was great. The place was spacious. The host left us a welcome basket with treats. The neighborhood was quiet. Felt like a safe area. There was a grocery store not far away. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean and well kept.

Host, left a generous amount of welcoming food on the kitchen table. For us milk, toasts, cookies, basket of assorted fruit, bottled water. It’s a special warm thoughtful touch. Everything was spotless. The house is updated for our modern times. Spacious, well equipped kitchen and separate laundry facilities. Private are in the back for outdoor Bbg. Large upper outdoor balcony with stairs to the back. Feels very safe. Opposite a grocery store for immediate needs. The town of Rosario is charming. A favorite place to go was the local famous blue and white pottery factory by Viera.

The host was initially very responsive to our questions/concerns.
