It was all I was looking for and more. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. There are sun chairs, beds and swings by the natrual pool. The hosts are lovely, warm and helpful. Breakfast was a small feast with delicious fruits and homemade jam. Communal kitchen is well equipped to cook simple meals (bring the ingredients you need, as there is no supermarket nearby). My tent was comfortable and spacious, I slept very well!

This property is exceptional - the attention to detail is clear to see. The hosts were both welcoming and friendly and have created an accommodation which is of an extremely high standard. No detail has been forgotten and the property has everything one could ask for. Its situation provided wonderful views of the countryside and is well situated for those wishing to explore the Castro Verde region. The wi-fi worked very well.

We highly recommend this lovely and welcoming oasis of tranquillity, quality and care Sophia has renovated the house beautifully with no regard to expense. The rood top terrace ( with excellent loungers and a wonderful view) the pool and the dining room are excellent. Because we are biking Sophia arranged a nice home cooked dinner for us and went to a lot of trouble to make sure that everything worked well for us

The host, his wife and staff were extremally kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The bed was very comfortable. I was there in the middle of the week and pretty much had the pool and grounds to myself. There was one couple while I was there. It's made up of four ranch style buildings with three rooms each, a reception building that has a large dining area that is open to nature. The pool was large and beautiful with a relaxing lounge area. Great for viewing the night sky or a late-night dip. One of the best places I have ever stayed! I will be going back.
