The house was very comfortable, spacious kitchen with lots of countertop and storage. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nice patio, fans and lights all had remotes, plenty of charging stations, very nice bathrooms and showers. Everything was very clean and organized. I got to teach my boys how to play pool, it was so nice to have the garage recreations after a long day at the beach!!! 4 folding chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards were already supplied at the house which was just awesome!!! We added some footballs, frisbee, and a couple of swimming goggles/snorkels. Couldn't be happier honestly with the house and location our family is looking forward to coming back soon!!! Love from IOWA 🙂

I went with members of my family aging from 6 to 50.The house was really nice, it was clean and it had activities we all could enjoy. The property manager was very reachable and helped us right away with any questions we had.

The house was beautiful and convenient, close to my daughter's graduation. It had everything you needed as if you were in your own home. The owner allowed me to arrive earlier than check in after i requested it based on our arrival time to Fort Meyers.

Beautiful home!! Very comfortable and clean! A home away from home with everything you could possibly need and more. Really nice neighborhood quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect with a gas station/convenient store a few blocks away and shopping centers within just a few miles! Loved the pool and landscaping with all the palm trees and flowers made our stay a very nice and relaxing experience. The host is awesome and caring, they kept in contact, asking that we not hesitate to reach out to them for anything we needed and to know that our stay was going well and also went well when we left. I highly recommend this place to anyone, including my family and friends who would be looking for a nice kickback relaxing vacation home in Cape Coral, Florida! We hope to come back soon, and if and when we do this home, it would be the place we definitely would choose to stay at again!
