It's obviously well maintained, and had everything we needed. We were very satisfied there.

I loved my stay here! It was incredibly spacious for one - high ceilings, spacious kitchen and living room, lots of bathroom space with good storage to put my things. The bed was super comfy, and I slept like a champ each night. The property is in a lovely quiet neighborhood within driving distance to Hilo (20-30 mins) and Volcano NP (about an hour). Lisa was a lovely host and always updated me on weather news (had some rain storms during my stay that could’ve cause flooding and potential outages. She warned me well in advance which I appreciated!) and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. I would live here in a heart beat!

The layout, security and privacy of the facility. Nice quiet green homey neighborhood. The twin beds are comfy. Kitchen facilities adequate. Nice bathroom. Washer/dryer right outside my door in garage. Large tv in each bedroom.

Beautiful location. One of the best appointed rentals we have used - they thought of many of the "small" things that make a vacation home comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. We came together to remember our sister who passed away. We had 7 adults and 4 kids . The pool is great and the separate wing for part of the family was nice. Spacious so plenty of space to get together comfortably and we could all eat at the dining table together. The kitchen has everything needed and so clean and organized. And big enough to cook a big meal for everyone . The bedrooms have very comfortable quality beds and very nice bedding. Everything is top tier . Highly recommend to big groups. Good communication when we had questions also .

It was an excellent, well stocked unit. Everything worked perfect, close to town and the beaches, I would absolutely stay there again.

It is a brand new two bedroom home, We may have been the first people in there. It is in a very quiet spot and the owners were very freindly.

What did we like about the rental? EVERYTHING! The owner, Holly, is so gracious and attentive. The rental is newly renovated and gorgeous, very comfortable, and well appointed. The setting is tranquil and in a nice, safe neighborhood. The place was absolutely perfect for our needs. If ever we're back on the big island, we will definitely be staying here!

I like that it was easy to find. There was enough room for 2 adults and 6 keikis. The flooring was a definite plus. We appreciate the pots/pans and cooking utensils. Having 3 bathrooms was a lifesaver too. It was a great place to stay.
