I really liked that we were the only ones staying at the time. It was very relaxing and the property was beautiful.

The c/d portion of the house is beautifully historic. The appliances, sinks, bathrooms are modern and well done. Probably can't beat the amount of space for the price. The location is convenient to attractions and general purpose needs of any kind. *It should be expected that as an older building, the floors are a bit creaky.

This condo is in a great location, everyone was super friendly and the property was nice. It was clean and comfortable with easy access and one parking space front and center. The downtown area is right there within easy walking distance, but the noise didn't travel into the complex. I would highly recommend the pretzel and bar cheese at the restaurant located right next to the entrance drive.

Beautiful Boathouse overlooking the Bay is located in Sandusky, just 6.9 miles from Kalahari Waterpark and 14 miles from African Safari Wildlife Park.

Such a nice little place to stay! Certainly not very big, but 5 of us stayed there and it worked perfectly! Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.
