There was nothing not to like, this host went the extra mile… once I opened the front door it was instantly homely… cushions, throws and decor in the living room was so beautiful and the place smelt amazing! Kitchen was well equipped even had coffee, tea and sugar! Upstairs was so clean and the beds were so comfortable! We travelled up from Kent for an appointment nearby so we didn’t get much time to explore the area but there was a lovely little cafe almost on the doorstep for coffee and breakfast! Free WiFi and even some biscuits it was a perfect place to relax after such a long drive x

A very clean and spacious house with good parking at the rear comfortable furniture but could do with a coffee table in the lounge The location was great with bus stops only a few minutes away or you can walk into the town centre in 20 to 25 minutes. Tea and coffee supplied which was a good touch.

We loved staying in this charming cottage, we loved looking around the town too and had our Sunday meal at The Ship which was also charming and so friendly. The High Street is all a buzz with good natured activity on a Saturday and if you want quieter there's that too, try the locals pubs, the White Hart and The Ship. Lovely town with lots going on We think you'll really enjoy staying at no. 84 😁
