We loved our stay here. We were a group of 16 people, some stayed at the cottages and some others at the shared rooms. Bathrooms were super clean and modern, the beds were comfy and the facilities very clean. We had breakfast and everything was delicious. We even bought handmade sweaters at the best price we could get. Loved the farm vibe of the place.

The Apartment was beautiful, comfortable, featured plenty of windows to enjoy the stunning view of the lake in front and the mountain in the back. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, there is even a laundry machine. The location is perfect, right next to Dimmuburgir, Hverir, the cave and of course the lake which benefited us with a beautiful sunset from the kitchen. It wasn't so cheap but worth the money.

The property is a bit off the ring road but it worked for us as we were planning to go to Husavik the next day, which is close by. Great clean cabin. The hosts are wonderful - we chatted a bit with Freddi. There dog, Trekki came to greet us and the horses are super friendly.

Homey, warm, and clean. The receptionist was very kind and came over very quickly in the middle of a snow squall to get us checked in at 7:30pm. Plowed very well too even all the way at the end of the property!
