An excellent stay with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff were attentive and professional. The room size was generous, clean, and comfortable. Room service and dining options were of high quality with good variety. Breakfast was included and very well presented. The accommodation standards and hospitality created a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, everything was well managed and the stay was very enjoyable.

We had a great stay in hotel Albana in the middle of October: the room was cozy, spa was very nice, both restaurants are amazing (and you can order from both of them!) and the service is just superb - they arranged our transfer and were super flexible with restaurants and spa. Last but not least - fresh and flavourful estonian bread is delicious! It made breakfasts really special. We will definitely come back!

I had a short last minute stay in Samedan due to a family emergency. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I booked the simplest room, but it had everything I needed. I had dinner in the wine bar and it was also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone

Good location, not so far from St. Moritz, the hotelino is fantastic, the apartman is comfortable and very well-equipped. We stayed here only for 1 night, but we should have stayed more to enjoy the facilities. Absolutely gorgeous!

The staff were fabulous - super friendly and helpful. The property was spotless, with panoramic views, and lovely wind down areas - nice bar, gaming areas, etc with beautiful Mountain View’s.

The hotel has a good location, very convenient entrance to the garage and from the garage you can take the elevator to the upper floors. The rooms are tastefully and stylishly decorated, very clean. However the biggest advantage are the duvets and pillowcases, which are extremely light and delicate. Every morning breakfast is served to your room. Very helpful and friendly staff
